Tokina introduces the SZX 400mm & 2X Extender KIT that allows the photographer to shoot subjects far away and out of range of the SZX 400mm.

• 2X Extender TA-020 for T-mount

The Tokina 2X Extender TA-020 for T-mount is a universal optical tele-converter that extends the focal length of the lens 2 times. Thus, the focal length of the SZX SUPER TELE 400mm F8 Reflex MF turns into 800mm. 2X Extender TA-020 adopts T-mount standard and comes between the lens and mount adapter. Recommended for long distance shooting when the 400mm focal length is not enough to reach the desired magnification.

Optical Performance

Long 400mm focal length of Tokina SZX SUPER TELE 400mm F8 Reflex MF while being such a compact and lightweight is realized thanks to catadioptric optical design.
